Great Hotel, spacious room and very comfortable bed.
Amazing location and great hotel. Exceptional service. Restaurant is delicious as well. Will be staying here again!
Great place to stay in NYC, close to everything and Walking distance to Times Square (15 mins), Macy’s Herald square (7 mins) and Central Park (1 hour). Great restaurants surround the area. Overnight Parking is expensive, but you don’t need a car if you are planning to stay in Manhattan. I was having some issues but everything addressed immediately. The most horrible hotel I have stayed in my whole life!!! They even had a dog in a room. Mosquitoes in the room. Untamed said the manager!!! They are wild and do what they please. Filthy! Go to any other hotel in the area. I thought because it was Hilton I will get Hilton service...forget it!!!! They offered, though.10,000 miles they each said. No miles in my account. Only the misery of my stay because I prepaid.... stupid me!!! Never again!!!! Not on a Hilton!!!
