Fantastic service and location!
The front desk staff was AMAZING. thank you for being so nice and accommodating
Although the restaurant and bar are under renovation, the front desk staff have been phenomenal check in was a breeze room is clean and nice. The 17th floor not much of a view (a water tower) but it's New York and who spends time in their hotel... wine and sweets at the front desk for Valentines day. Restaurant across the street was fabulous with great drinks. Marion was a fantastic help with my Valentunes Day presents that got shipped to the hotel. Would recommend. Need a mini fridge for my left overs though.
RecommendedBut not at that price. Sorry guys, you have lost it throughout the years. Worn down, dirty and a staff whom seems to be ”new at work”. I have spent many nights here, but now will i only come back for the rooftop bar, and the location.
I would suggest all my friends and family if you get a chance to check into the Hilton Garden Inn do it and make sure you save your points and frequent flyer points and miles
Great place. One of my go to hotels when in nyc.
The service here is Awesome. Anytime we needed anything, they were right there to help. Comfy beds!
