False alarms happen. I won’t ding a hotel for that. What I will ding a hotel for is complete and utter incompetence in shutting off the alarm once it has been deemed a false alarm. Having every employee look at the fire alarm like they’re suddenly going to know how to reset it would be laughable if it weren’t 3:30 AM. Communication has been ridiculous. So disappointed. Things can happen 24 hours a day. You need employees who can handle these things.
Great valet, friendly front desk, room was clean and had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a nice modern hotel, room was a bit small for 4 people sharing not much hanging space for clothes, but it was clean. Staff very friendly, especially when we arrived early hours of the morning. Easy to get to from JFK, but for us it was a little bit too far out from Times Square.
Nice hotel but I recommend sound proofing the windows. We were on the tenth floor and could here folks conversations on the street ( NOT KIDDING ) !!!
