Room wasn’t ready after I paid extra to get in early, it was ready half an hour after regular check in. “A pillow was missing”. Which is true, because someone barged into the room with it without knocking. He asked if we could use anything and asked for two buckets of ice and two more glasses. First of all, one eof the front desk employees was extremely rude to me, due to their mix up on my reservation. I found bugs in the restroom and the shower floor was dirty. The rooftop bar and the kitchen were closed for remodeling. There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. I saw The maid clean the toilet with a white towel and cleaned the counters and shower with the same towel. I will definitely not come back.
