Great staff and hotel. Every staff member we met was very friendly and asked if we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything. Had breakfast on the 14th floor, didn't catch the staff members name, she was very nice and checked to see if we needed anything else. They even had a map of bus stops for transportation to the Badgers game.

With our son living in Madison, we visit there frequently from the east coast, and over the years have tried every area hotel. There's no question that the Hilton reigns #1 in its class, based on service, location, cleanliness, amenities, value, and the amazing views from lake-facing rooms.
