Front office manager, Aaron Hotovy did an EXCELLENT JOB helping my husband I to get home to our daughter when she got unexpectedly ill while we were in Madison! We have emailed Hilton to tell them that we will EXCLUSIVELY be staying here whenever we are in Madison.

Our room was lovely, the view is gorgeous, and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. If you stay, be sure to check out the breakfast offered - delicious! A special thanks to Mike in management who went above and beyond to help me. We will most definitely stay again.
Excellent room, staff, bar, WiFi, location. I objected to the presence of religious materials in my room (a Bible). I prefer a religion-free or neutral hotel.
