Great view, clean, and pleasant. I enjoyed the skywalk and easy parking
RecommendedEverything was clean, working, and the decor stylish. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient. They allow dogs! The only thing is the dogs need to be 50lbs or less, which I wish they'd up to 60 or 75 for medium sized dogs. The views were beautiful! Oh and you do have to pay extra for parking.
My husband and I stayed with a group for a work function. Our parking was supposed to be paid for by the card that was charged for the room (according to the guy who checked us in.) We found after we left it was not and we had to pay for it. It's not an issue but don't tell people something different upon check in. Housekeeping was extremely loud in the afternoon and morning. Lovely view of the Lake, heater made too much noise though. Great location, friendly staff!
Had an excellent time this weekend, Hilton and The Chophouse took care of everything I needed for my engagement. Just had to let them know what was going on and they ran with it. Exceeds even my expectations.
amazing view, excellent and I mean excellent service, lovely bar staff, great conference facilities, event catering also outstanding and seamless organization. Also very good competitive pricing for room rental, catering ect.
