I love it! 5th floor pool and hot tub out on the roof is awesome!!
Hilton properties do tend to be consistent with quality customer interactions. At this location I found the wait staff, front desk staff, even the transportation sub contractor to be highly customer focused. The restaurant breakfast, restaurant dinner, and room service all had fantastic food. I do have some "out of the box" requests when I travel and everyone was over the top in pleasing me. This property came recommended to me and I wasn't disappointed.
Internet constantly disconnects and terrible speed.
Was here for gasparilla and security did a great job!
Great location for any event Downtown Tampa, fabulous service, clean and amazingly perfect beds, pillows and comforters! Slept like a baby while the town partied on Apres Gasparilla! ���
