Racist against white people... had a medical emergency and they wouldn't let us in
What a pleasant surprise - the Hilton Tampa Downtown. Front desk had a bright smile, efficient and plain pleasant! Bellman were always available and eager to assist. Doorman was sharp and friendly. Right after I checked in I got a text message from Victoria asking me if my room was ok. Room was perfect, clean, great desk, electric outlets, etc. I walked out of that hotel thanking the front desk, bellman and doorman. When did any business traveler walk out of a hotel with a smile on their face?
Place was beautiful the room for our MLK breakfast function was amazing. Easy access from valet to room.
I attended an event Tampa Organization of Black Afffairs (TOBA) Dr.Martin Luther King Jr. Leadership Breaksfast I felt the hotel was very nice,service and breaksfast was really good.I had nothing but a good experience.
Always a beautiful experience dining here.
