I brought a group of 17 people to this hotel for 3 nights. Each night, we went down to the restaurant or bar for food and drinks. Mary I. was our server each time. She always remembered our names and drinks and made sure that we never had an empty glass. Super impressed with her! Everything else with the stay was great as well.

Stayed here 2 weeks in a row and both times the water went out in the middle of the night. Now the water is yellow and no one answers the front desk. What's going on?

The most beautiful hotel! Every single member of the staff is super friendly and welcoming! The rooms are so comfortable, clean and updated. The AC is super quiet as well as the hallways. Great location as well. Right by the River Walk and channel side. Will return! Thank you Hilton Tampa Downtown staff, for making our stay perfect.
