Hilton staff did an amazing job in the face of very difficult conditions during the hurricane this past week
We stayed at the Hilton downtown Tampa during hurricane Irma. I have to say that the employees were amazing during this very stressful time (we evacuated from St. Petersburg). They did there best to keep everyone calm. Starbucks and the restaurant in the hotel remained open the entire time. They set up a kids play area in the grand ballroom too. During the height of the storm, I also felt little wind and I was on the 9th floor. I highly recommend this hotel.
Thank you so much for the hospitality we received during Hurricane Irma. The play area for the kids in the ballroom was awesome. Thank you for everything that you did not only for your guests but the employees .
Me and my wife stayed at Hilton downtown Tampa during hurricane Irma and service was top notch they made sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent! I felt safe during my stay. I definitely would recommend staying there to anybody that is Tampa!
This hotel is awful. Our room reeks of cigarette smoke. Meanwhile we paid $200/night. It has been a horrible stay from the beginning. Don't stay here. Update--11:00 am. Room still reeks. Smoke coming through vents and management still can't seem to call our room and is nowhere to be found.
