I was there for the Tampa Salsa Bachata Festival 2017. Security, customer service, cleaning and all at the Hilton were respectful, curiosity and cleanless. Everyone was very helpful and attentive.
We were misinformed by the front desk and Heba, valet, was very courteous and professional, was able to accommodate us all weekend long. She is super awesome and she definitely made us love coming back to the Hilton here each day. A little courtesy goes a long way. Thanks Heba!!!! ��
