Clean, friendly and welcoming . Staff couldn't do enough for you.
Love the HGI! The rooms are luxurious! The conference room is spacious and nice. Sometimes too cold so take sweaters. We reported bee problem on patio and they called exterminator. We are up laughing and carry on all night and no problem from mgt. The food is fantastic!! The complimentary breakfast is the best I've ever had at any hotel. You won't regret staying here!
I was coming down to my daughter's wedding Friday September 11th. My girlfriend was coming with me, but before we loaded the car she had a stroke. It was massive with a blood clot on her brain with some blockage in her neck. She is doing better. I still came down for my daughter's wedding. Her family is with her. The desk clerk named Stephanie Shah lowered my rate and sent me dinner and a glass of wine. Who does that? Thank God for the most impressive act of kindness in the worst day of my life. Service is excellent, but they need a serious bed upgrade, beds even on soft setting kill your back,haven't slept very well on or visit. Keep waking up from arm going numb due to separated shoulder .
