Poor management. She decided it was better to inconvenience 10 people with constant cigarette smoke and 20* cold than let the smokers use a different door. When approached with the problem all she did was basically tell us "tough luck" and didnt resolve our issue. When eating I would rather not have cigarette smoke hitting me in the face. It's a big turn off. Will be staying somewhere else next year for PRI2018.
Enjoyed a meeting, social hrs. Bartender did a nice job. Our evening meal was large buffet with many choices. Pleased with all. We had tickets for a couple drinks. Advertised $10 per drink. Seemed high if you ordered a beer. Our room was nice.
Excellent. Breakfast was delicious. Haven't had eggs over easy with grits in a long time.
Good stay, but the meals are a little too high priced.
