Far from Excellent. Went to get X-ray done on my OES dog has she's having puppies. Barbara was VERY RUDE. She yelled at my co- owner that also owns Lily. Lily is two days over on having puppies all we wanted was her to put her hand up to see if she could tell anything and wanted X-Ray. She walked out of the room and co-owner asked if she was upset with her. Barbara said YES u know I don't do this. I Don't do Surgrey. We NEVER ASKED HER TO DO SURGREY... Barbara is the most caring vets I've ever had in all the years I've owned pets. Her and her husband have taken endless calls and given advice to me during my years with a dog suffering from seizures. They never seemed bothered and we're always helpful. Even when I moved over an hour away I continued to bring my dog to Hilltop. When it came time to put my dog to sleep the staff was very supportive. The kindness of Barbara and her staff goes above and beyond. Thank you Hilltop!

Hilltop is wonderful, we had a stray (Smokey) in our yard and finally caught him today, Leicester Animal Control called got an appointment right away, and the same night Smokey is home with us all taken care of and getting acquainted with his new family. Thank you for all your help and taking care of our newest family member!
