very rude uncaring person who answered the phone. multiple complaints about co owner
Started taking my dogs here over 4 years ago. Missed a couple wellness visits just because the dogs didn’t have any issues and all shots were good. Called today to schedule a visit for the new puppy and they closed our account!!!! Reception was very rude and hung up on me! Called back and they refuse to reopen the account!!! Was told files are gone so now we don’t even have anything to transfer to another vet! WTF

Over the past few years or so my boyfriend and I have been taking our dog Toby to Hilltop, but have noticed a decline in the way in which we have been treated as well as our dog. Toby has extreme separation anxiety and with many efforts recommended by the vet we decided that he needed to be put on medication. However we were very unhappy when we took him in for a visit about 6 months ago and she proceeded to tell us that in some cases if the dog becomes out of hand they need to be euthanized.
