We have been going to Dr. Barbara since she opened her clinic. Always caring and compassionate. She was wonderful when our two dogs had to be put to sleep. We called today to make appt. for our cat and were told (by her husband) that they were NOT taking new clients!!! We have been clients for 4-5 years, we are NOT new clients. I love Dr. Barbara but am not really fond of her husband. She really needs to get a receptionist besides him. Doc, you need more 5 star reviews.
I have been a client of hilltop for four years, and have no complaints. The vet, Dr. Nygard and her husband, Barry, have gone above and beyond the call of duty. I have been a pet owner since before I was an adult and have had several vet services, and have never been as satisfied as I have been with this company. We have been going to this clinic for a year now. We had gotten a new puppy and were recommended to this clinic saying that they were awesome, had cheap prices and we're very experienced and knowledgeable. We received great care and they were very flexible with our work schedule to get appointments. So needless to say we were very shocked to receive the treatment we were given when we called to inform them that our dog was hit by a car and killed. I called to see if I could make an appt to bring my kitten in for shots. Guy who answered asked if I was referred to them by someone and I said no that I'm from town. His response was sorry, we're full. Since when does it matter if I was referred or not? Bad busness if you ask me. I called Leicester vetenary clinic and I love them!!!
I would never recommend this place to anyone,they have absolutely no compassion for animals or people,when you are witnessing your pet dying right in front of your eyes one would assume you could count on the nearest vet to help you, not in this case ,we were told because our file was inactive one year this was not there problem. Awful service with zero compassion. We switched vets a year ago and had a life threatening emergency recently with one of our dogs and our current vet wasn't open. They had zero interest in seeing us and we were told "sorry your charts inactive." They are only in it for the money.
I just want to thank you guys for treating my pets as if they're your own. I have NEVER had a bad experience and would recommend anyone to bring their pets here. You go above an beyond to make them and myself feel comfortable and confident with the treatments they require. Thanks for being wonderful and compassionate during the tough times. I will forever be grateful to have you as a part of my pets lives.
