Been living here forever and it's both the best value in town and well as the best place to live. You get a lot for the price and they do their best to take care of you. I've not lived anywhere since moving here in 2013. Seriously don't waste your time elsewhere!
So my kid's car broke down and I took her home. She asked the office about parking since her car was in the shop. They told her to send an email with info about it. She barley made it back to the APT and my vehicle is hooked up to a tow truck. The tow guys were willing to give me a break but the apt maintenance guy would not let them unless I pay $50.00. It's a great place to live. The staff as well as the residents are friendly. The pool and grill area is nice as well as the rest of the amenities. Compared to the other of the apartments I've seen in San Marcos I give this one an -A.
Hillside Ranch has been a great place to live. My favorite aspects of this apartment complex are the workout building, the basketball court and the pool/grill area. All of the staff are welcoming and friendly as well as the neighbors. Hillside is in a great location and offers coffee to their residents all day in the clubhouse. I would definitely recommend living here.
