Definitely the best apartment I’ve lived at so far. They are very cooperative and understanding with situations. Friendly staff and easy to contact.
I like living here because it’s very close to campus and I walk to and from school all the time. Their amenities are also really cool especially their gym.
Great community and the environment is great, super clean and they keep their tenants satisfied.

I absolutely love the location & all the amenities. It's walking distance from campus and they have a tanning bed and bus route which is really nice. Parking is kind of an issue but if you can get past that it's a really nice place to live!

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. This apartment complex, it's management team, and owners DO NOT CARE ABOUT US! They have coerced an entire student community into living and breathing in a construction site. Construction begins around 7:30AM, loud beeping, jackhammers, all sort of machinery make noise all day and night long! I'm writing this at 10:36 PM and there is still beeping and a rumbling from an excavator! The water is always shut off, it is currently been off for 4 hours. NO T... read more
In the 5 months I've been a resident at hillside ranch, I've received 5 seperate emails for 5 seperate occasions that water will be shut off due to plumbing issues. IN ADDITION, I've received 3 emails for 3 separate occasions that the property is having a power outage. On average that's more than once a month that we don't have electricity or water. Also... they enter your apartment every month for "patio inspections". Personally I don't mind it, but I work in student housing and most people have an issue with staff entering... read more
