The office staff is very professional and helpful however the tow company hides out and after getting a rental as a result of hurricane Harvey flood my son returned at midnight and car was already towed by next am. They would not replace his permit without charging. Not until September 4 did I receive in the mail final bill for moveout July 2018 and before I could even review the ledger and all the fees they had turned it into collections by September 18. Apartments are average for price.

These people will screw you over at the first chance given. The front office is incompetent at everything except when it comes to taking your money. I can honestly say I wouldn't recommend anyone here. Overpriced, shady staff, plenty of others agree.
