The worst experience in renting I have ever had! They try to talk big and scare you with a clause in the rental agreement about even if you’re a day late we take you to court! I have never paid my rent late, and things in the unit constantly go out! The owners are some good ole boys and if you know you know! My refrigerator went out and they offered $100 of what was clearly over $400 of groceries. Then had the nerve to say it’s covered in your renters insurance.
