The technician, Montel, was very professional and honest in his assessment. He took photos of my unit under my house and took time to explain the issues. The photos supported his assessment. I would definitely ask for Montel and Hiller again!

Very friendly and courteous. He explained everything he did and why.
Tyler came into the house, walked over to the sink, found the problem, corrected the problem, and asked what else he could do for us - all within the space of 90 seconds. He offered to look at any other problems or situations that we had, and then, though we were the last call of his day, he took time For a pleasant conversation with us. We would give him another five stars if that were possible!

Jeffery and Jennifer came out to the house for a electrical call today. We can't say enough about how friendly and professional they both were. Hiller installed us a new until last year and all the techs have been top notch in service and knowledge of the job sent to do. Very pleased with service and warranty of out unit as well.
