RecommendedAn elderly neighbor called me for helping finding a plumber. Our local phone book has zero plumbers in it.. so we looked on the Internet. We called at least 8 local plumbers (were suppose to support small businesses right) but not ONE answered the phone or returned her phone call... She got ahold of Hiller plumbing... they went above and beyond for her. The ladies she talked to on the phone were excellent to her and they got her squeezed in within an hour of her call. RecommendedWe called about getting an estimate for a new unit and all in the same day, got the estimate and an appointment for a new unit to be installed just 3 days later. Troy Woods was our project manager and he made sure we could get our unit financed at a price we could afford! RecommendedWe have an older house and have needed a couple visits recently. In both cases, Hiller was responsive, courteous, and did great work at a reasonable price. HIGHLY recommended!
I want to recommend them but I just can’t. The tech was late to start. Getting ahold of anyone is almost impossible. Tech came and “fixed” my ac unit. Less than a week later and it’s back to not working. Maybe he was having a bad day? 😔
