Daughter had a wreck and was taken to this lousy hospital. Emt was worried she'd go into cardiac arrest because of heart rate. She has now set in the waiting room with chest pain for 5 1/2 hours. Worst hospital and ER I have ever seen. Total disgrace. Do not go here if you have any other choice.
Had to wait around a bunch of sick people for 8 hours plus no mask to grab had to ask for one plus floors are so dirty u could spit on them every looks like there on drugs or just crazy from to much.and can not get anywhere.
The nursing staff went above and beyond they were great. They listen and they came when I called, they were very knowledgeable I have never received such Greatttt care. I would highly recommend Hillcrest South. Everyone from check in to doctors to nurses and cleaning staff. I had read the review on this hospital before my surgery and didn’t like what I read.
