My mom was there last fri-tues. She back to the Nursing Home and they sent her back to the hospital Wednesday night. I think they released her to soon. All the staff are great and very attentive and caring. Most of the Doctors are nice. A few act like they don't have time to talk to you. Some of the Doctors don't introduce themselves. Over all though I was very pleased and grateful.
I've called so many times over the last 2 1/2 months to get a medication for my sleep disorder that I've lost count. At my appointment on 9/6/16 with a PA in the sleep department, she was unable to download info from my CPAP machine, because the website was down. So I was given a script for 1 month of medication. The understanding was, once "I" was able to take it to VitaCare and have them download the info and have it faxed over, she would call in a new script with 5 refills. I did that within 48hrs. I just wanted to thank everyone from the doctors and nurses in the Cath Lab to the doctor who performed the bypass surgery to the nurses in ICU on the third floor for the amazing treatment given to my mother. Even though the eventual outcome was not what we had hoped for you guys are amazing and she could not have received better care. We were the 4 same day Surgi n every1 thr was Awesome! Thy all worked really go 2gther n knw thr bizness. The nurses were a friendly n the Drs were On point as well. The waiting room was big n roomy with TV n coffee. Thr is a TV 2 b able 2 keep up with ur loved 1s with a number 2 c Hw the surgery is going n how fast....I really liked tht! Helped with axcity a lot! The caffatira was nice n close n food was ok. All in all the experience was Great! Thank u!
We LOVE Oklahoma Heart. They've been awesome to both Randy and I. We love that we can he seen in Vinita!! Also I can call with an issue with randys health and they are quick to respond with a solution!!
