The staff was excellent absolutely no complaints about my stay
Walked right in and no wait! Friendly people and they don't act like they are in a hurry, they were there to answer any of our questions! To top it off we got the great news we were hoping for, perfect healing! We highly recommend Dr. Michael Phillips, greatest heart surgeon ever!!! :)
Nurses not giving meds on time. Not giving medication before, during or after the heart cath. And medical records were messed up.
Always good professional and they do seem to care you need to give a raise to all involved with the Imrt
I was admitted this past Sunday and brought from Bailey ER via ambulance. I arrived at 1130 pm and was seen by a doctor as soon as I arrived. I was given morphine and zofran and never seen anyone, nurse or tech until 430 am. I was never checked on. My husband had went home at 1230 and that was the last person I had seen. At 430 when the lab tech came to draw labs i had not received a bracelet to identify me so she had to leave to get someone to do that. I was seen often after that.
