Awesome service! Was very happy with the work they did for my truck.
Got there at opening 7:30 am asked for oil change and rotate tires. Waited for car until 10am.(long wait) My invoice laid on the counter for 15 minutes because the office staff was busy in the shop looking for a tire not in inventory. Had to get their attention to pay invoice and check out. Three days later I would hear a thump in rear every time I applied my brakes or begin accelerate. Finally examined the tires and noticed I was missing 3 lug nuts on rear wheel, 1 on front wheel and 2 valve stem caps. Also 2 other lug nuts... read more

I had a wonderful experience here. I brought my SUV in for four tires, oil change and alignment. They had the most competitive tire price in town and the price actually came out cheaper than quoted. When I picked up my vehicle they said I didn't need an alignment. I was shocked to find a mechanic honest enough to not just take my money! They even provided me the paperwork showing my alignment test. Because of their honesty, I will always come back! Thank you
Hill Tire put 2 faulty parts on my truck in the past 5 months. I was assured Hill Tire would reimburse me for the part if I returned it once the dealership replaced it. I took it back today with the Hill Tire receipt. I was told they needed the dealership receipt, then I was questioned as if I was the one in the wrong. I left crying. My husband went back to return the part w/ the receipts and he was understandably angry. He was told Hill Tire would not give us any money for the part as originally told. Had 2 tires replaced. Price was less than 2 other prices I received for the exact same tire. My wait time was only one hour from the time I got there until I left. Will definitely return again.
