RecommendedI walked out of my house at 5:10pm to take my child somewhere, and came to my car with a completely flat tire. Not just low, but FLAT. They were my rock solid go-to guys since they opened their doors until now. I don't know what happened but the service is terrible - the attitude you get is even worse and the complete incompetency is astonishing. I called Monday for an appointment on Wednesday, went into GREAT detail about what I needed them to do with the car. My truck needs 4 new tires...called to check on availability and we're told we have your tires in stock! Great news, right? Wrong! Made the appointment as we were instructed, showed up for said appt, added a sensor to the deal since we needed one as well...an hour into the work (tires off the truck) they come out to let us know, sorry we don't have your tires!! I understand there is a virus going around but why would I be allowed to make and appointment for 6pm & 7pm on your website if you aren’t going to be open. How inconvenient is that? Then I ask what time you close the girl says “6pm but we walk out the door at 6pm.” Like seriously smh this place never seems to surprise me!!! Update your website and have your Last appointment posted at 5pm. Duuuuh
Awesome & easy experience. 4 new tires. They gave me a great price, great customer service & didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I told them I needed brakes and struts. They never tried to pressure me into doing them immediately. Just gave me an estimate with a fair price and let me know they can do the work in the future if I do choose. I love that I never felt pressured. Highly recommend & will bring all of our vehicles here!!!!

Called to have new tires put on. On the phone they said they could put them on today and they even sent me an email confirmation of the appointment they set up for today. Once I got off the phone and I grabbed the tires and drove all the way there. But when I checked in the guy at the desk said they wouldn’t have time to service my truck today even though there were still hours left for them to be open. Waste of time and poor customer service.
