My husband was told that it would be 2-3 hours to have four tires placed in our truck. That was at 10 am this morning. We returned at 2pm it wasn't ready. When he questioned the manager about this his only reply was, "I don't know what to tell you." The least they could have done was give us a call to say that it would be a little longer or that they couldn't take care of it today. Even an apology for our inconvenience would have been nice. We won't be back. You lost our business!
Extremely poor customer service. They have no clue of what they are doing...
Forget about making an appointment, you will waste your day in this place. I hate Walmart but I rather go to Walmart than come back to this place.

RecommendedAfter the way I was treated when I asked to check a the for a possible nail, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Really sucks that the Hill's sold out to this bunch of inbreds but, the money they were offered would make anyone sell their business...... Don't believe the reviews below that give 5 stars, those were back before the Hill's sold out.
Place is a joke sent my girlfriend there to get my truck alignment done then they try to sell her other parts 2 lower ball joints and 2 swaybar links for 500$ I work on cars and know how much parts are I checked the ball joints there not bad and you dont need sway bar links to do a alignment told her she had to have them dont take your cars there that's craz
Have been a loyal customer for many many years. Went in last week for an oil change and they said sorry, we are only allowed to do 3 oil changes a day. If you want to leave it over night, we might be able to get you in tomorrow. Leave a car overnight for an oil change? That is crazy. I have NEVER gone ANYWHERE else. I explained that I was going on a trip, the guy behind the desk just looked at me and said sorry, we were bought out those are the rules.
