My experience with HCEC has been exemplary and professional. I feel welcome and well cared for there. I have gotten to know the staff and doctors in the past 8 months and I would recommend Dr Restivo and his crew to anyone. Don't put off going to these wonderful folks. Saw Dr. Restivo after another doctor told me niothing more could be done with my situation. Dr. Restivo found the problem and helped me. My husband was so impressed with him and his personnel he switched from his eye doctor.
Went to see Dr. Restivo with what I thought was a scratched cornea from my contact lens. He confirmed my layman's diagnosis very quickly and efficiently and had me on my way in no time with an antibiotic prescription! The front office was great to work with as well. They were able to fit my appointment in the same day I called. Overall, it was a great experience!
Dr. Restivo did my lasik procedure and Dr. Welding did my consolation and follow up appointments. Both doctors were a delight and even though I was a little uneasy about the laser surgery, they made me feel comfortable and confident with the procedure. I'm very happy with the results! I wish I'd done it sooner.

Dr wollen an Dr restive are the best doctors. I trustthem completely and the,world could truly use more doctors like,them...personable, best side manner, you are never a number but a real person that they care about. Totally on their game and go above and,beyond. I am honored to have them on my team.
Doctor was great, but someone dropped the ball. Not impressed with back office and billing. Very little compassion or sympathy for the Elderly. Sent very large bill to elderly woman for procedure that they said insurance would pay. Did not submit documentation for approval of procedure until after procedure done (prior approval is standard practice with most insurance companies as they require a doctor to explain why procedure is necessary. Cataracts removed 4 years ago with a follow-up appointment every year! Dr. Restivo and his staff are awesome!
Just had my first appointment with Dr. Wollan. Aside from the great news that I do not have glaucoma, I could not have been more pleased by Dr. Wollan and the staff. He is super friendly and professional. He genuinely cares. Thank you. See you in a year.
