My initial appointment was for 2:25, I got there about 2pm. I had my ride come back for me at 4pm...he showed up and I still had not even seen a doctor yet. So I had to send him away, and call him again when I was finished. I'm not sure why all the other people were being seen and I wasn't. Did I take too long to complete the forms? Maybe I could have filled them out before I even got there, if that was the case...they could have been emailed or mailed to me. Very accommodating, professional, and thorough. My 86 year old mother had eye lid surgery to improve her vision. Dr. Shepler took excellent care of her and did a wonderful job. All of the staff made her feel at home and taken care of.
An exceptional experience. Wanted to find out if Lasik would work for my vision problems and discovered the real issue was with cataracts. All options clearly and thoroughly explained with patience and genuine concern for my complete understanding. Could not have asked for better care or counsel. Highly recommend Dr. Restivo and Dr. Welding and the entire team.
They'll treat you right and you'll help yourself. It's a win win.
