Recommendedthis was my first visit and everyone was so helpful, and informative. No pressure tactics were applied for surgery. Gave me packets of information so I could "digest" it all at home on my own pace. I would definitely recommend them.

Great service by Dr Restivo for cataract surgery, and by Dr Thai a year later to recognize need for PCO correction by YAG laser to restore clarity over pupil area.
Hill Country Eye Center's personnel are very professional. They are also friendly, polite and informative. The receptionists greeted me with a smile and answered any questions I had concerning the paperwork. I experienced a reasonable amount of wait time. The tech was likewise pleasant and explained the steps he performed. I even joked a little with him. I have seen Dr. Restivo several times in the past. Dr. Thai completed my last eye exam. I would highly recommend Dr. Shepler. We never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see him. The surgery was painless. Had my last follow up with him yesterday. Great Dr!
I cannot say enough about Dr. Todd Shepler! Not just the medical/treatment side (that was right on)! But he is so personable. I have only seen him twice but each of those times he came out to the waiting area to greet me and then to take me back to the treatment room. His coordinator, Judy Dietz, is also great! From the front desk to the surgeon everyone was very friendly. Everything was explained. I highly recommend them
