The staff is great, so friendly and courteous. I particularly appreciate how promptly I was seen after checking in, a rare treat these days when so many offices overbook.
I was referred to Dr. Todd Shepler by a friend and I am so pleased that I made the phone call. The entire staff at Hill Country Eye Center have the best customer service skills and it was a pleasure be a patient.
Everyone was so welcoming. I’ve had a bit of an eye lid problem for a while and they actually care and are taking action to really help me out!!
Excellent experience. They were able to see me in just 2 days. All the staff were most helpful and courteous letting me know what was going on through the entire process. I was expecting to have to wait a week to get the actual surgery done, since this was just a consultation, but they offered to do it right then! Couldn't ask for more, highly recommended!!
The whole staff, from the reception desk to the surgeon, is friendly and welcoming. The procedure for cataract removal was well explained and I knew what to expect. The testing was thorough and my options were offered in writing, giving me time to choose what was right for me. The before care and after care was excellent. Dr. Restivo, the surgeon, is very skilled and my results were better than expected. Dr. Restivo has been my eye doctor since I moved to Texas in 2007. He is awesome. Great; personality, listener and caring. Even my husband goes to see him and had lazic! I can't say enough great things about him. The staff is professional and courteous. I recommend Hill Country Eye Center to all my friends and family.
