RecommendedIf you love BBQ you will appreciate Hill Country. They have an amazing smoking operation, high quality meats, excellent sides and deserts along with an expert crew that consistently turns out great food. They also offer live entertainment that is worth checking out in the evenings. Looking forward to coming back.

Confusing ordering process. Brisket was somewhat tasteless....turkey was good. Corn side dish was watery and not good. Butter for the cornbread had an orange zest that was a hard pass for me. Weird that you have to get up and get your own food but have to wait for someone to get you a drink?
