Had a taste for barbecue food today and Hill Country was amazing! Always a go to place for good food and service.
Sort of a different system of ordering, but once explained it was easy. Food was fantastic. Our group got a variety of things from their menu and it was all exceptional. Highly recommend.

Always delicious food and leave very full
Just plain phenomenal. The brisket is always on point and as a Texan I can appreciate that. Mac and cheese is really good but I wish the taste was a little more consistent. Cornbread has to be my favorite side and the butter they serve with it is really good too. 4.5/5 in my opinion, my family and I come at least once a month.
Very close to southern BBQ. And you can actually get sweet tea
