I cannot say enough GOOD things about Mike Rochefort. He has found excellent renters for me in the past eleven years. I see my neighbors periodically that live close to 1674 Alex. Court. Our experience with hill and co has been a very good one. When called to say we might be leaving once our lease expired due to financial reasons they took the time to hear us out and offered to lower our rent for us to stay. We do enjoy being tenants here.
