This company seems to really care about people. It is the best landlord I have ever had.
They take your deposit – We rented a townhouse from them from Oct 2008 to Oct 2009. Upon moving out we cleaned the apartment to be in the same conditions as we got it except for these items: 1. Forgot to clean stove drip pans and they charged us for replacement (fair) 2. Forgot to empty out two kitchen drawers which contained a couple of rubber-bands and empty wrappers.
