worst rental management company – We had a house which was managed by Hill and Co Realtors for 2 years, it has been a nightmare for us and we were totally disappointed by the way they handled our rental property. Basically, Hill made a lot of repair charges on our rental house. At one time we were charged over $1,000 in 5 repairs in less than a month. We have rented a townhome from Hill and CO and I cannot say enough great things about them. Henry and his staff are so polite and friendly. When we moved in we saw all the great improvemnets thet had made from the new stove top to the additional lighting in the stairwell and the new flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. we had one issue so far with some plumbing and broken window, I called henry 1st thing in the morning and by the time I got home BOTH items were resolved.
