worst rental management company – We had a house which was managed by Hill and Co Realtors for 2 years, it has been a nightmare for us and we were totally disappointed by the way they handled our rental property. Basically, Hill made a lot of repair charges on our rental house. At one time we were charged over $1,000 in 5 repairs in less than a month.
