My experience with Hill & Co;. was a great experience, They made everything so easy in taking care of our rental. They provided statements that made it so easy for tax purposes. They were always there for any maintenance problem that the tenant had. I would definitly contact them again. Thank you again Hill & Co.

I rented a home for two years from Hill & Co. Realtors, and it was by far the best experience I've ever had with a rental management company. Mike Rochefort and the team in the office are warm, friendly, professional and responsive, and I always enjoyed talking with them and dealing with them. We have been renting from Hill & Co for 5 years in the same house, so haven't moved out yet--don't know what that experience is like, but we have been really impressed with them in general. It's a real family operation and the staff is super friendly, from the owners to the receptionist Diana who has been with them for like 50 years. All our maintenance needs have been attended to immediately and without question, and we feel like they have been very fair in rent negotiations each time the lease is up.

I've had a good experience with this real estate company. They offer great service, and will do what it takes to close a deal. The home that I had purchased through them didn't include some appliance, and through Hill & Company, they worked it out with the owner to throw them in. The prices for there service isn't at bargain basement levels, however you are paying a premium for the excellent service that they do provide.
