We have been renting from Hill & Co for 5 years in the same house, so haven't moved out yet--don't know what that experience is like, but we have been really impressed with them in general. It's a real family operation and the staff is super friendly, from the owners to the receptionist Diana who has been with them for like 50 years. All our maintenance needs have been attended to immediately and without question, and we feel like they have been very fair in rent negotiations each time the lease is up.
I've had a good experience with this real estate company. They offer great service, and will do what it takes to close a deal. The home that I had purchased through them didn't include some appliance, and through Hill & Company, they worked it out with the owner to throw them in. The prices for there service isn't at bargain basement levels, however you are paying a premium for the excellent service that they do provide.

I cannot say enough GOOD things about Mike Rochefort. He has found excellent renters for me in the past eleven years. I see my neighbors periodically that live close to 1674 Alex. Court.
