I have been dealing with these folks for TWO years and have not resolved anything. Started in 2016 when my husband and I realized that the tree next door - a property that they manage is destroying our driveway. I called every month for 6 months but no one responded. Never do business with this company. They are disrespectful. They are never on the same page. Also, if English is not your first language dealing with the office staff is very difficult. Daniel is the manager and is very insincere when he dealing with customers. They showed a rental house to me and I accepted the price and submitted an application. Henry is the best property manager we could have ever asked for, staying on top of both the house and tenant issues. We live overseas, and have always felt great confidence that the property was under control and well managed. He is a delight to work with.
Everyone at the office is friendly and responsive whenever anything needs to be taken care of at my place. The subcontractors are very considerate too.

As a property owner, the people from Hill & Company are really great. They find good tenants who respect my property and keep in clean and in good condition. My place looks better than it did when I lived there. They have top notch connections to maintenance people who have done great work at very reasonable prices, and they make all the arrangements unlike other property managers. I have used these guys for many years, and I have researched property managers far and wide
