So incredibly happy with my experience at Mazda with Timothy and Taylor! They both went above and beyond and completely undid my nightmare of a car buying experience from CarMax to find me the perfect 2019 Mazda3! Bri was the best sales person she helped me get the perfect car and got me what I wanted(Mazda6). She explained everything that I needed to with enough detail. I just picked up my new Mazda CX-5 today and I will say everyone from the lady at the front desk to my salesman made my purchase enjoyable. I almost never buy a new vehicle but my salesman, Donovan Massey made my purchase very pleasant. He answered every question I had and then explained all the features and how they operated on my new vehicle. I highly recommend Donovan and Hiley Mazda.

I had a great experience buying my car from Hiley Mazda. Bill Smart is a committed, patience and not pushy sales man. I first contact him in January and he kept in touch periodically by sending me emails with the latest inventories and checking on me maybe once a month. The day came when I found the perfect fit and Bill and his coworkers were professional, prompt and courteous throughout the process.
