Hiley Mazda has not followed through on a car warranty refund after trade-in after over a year of multiple emails and text messages. It is worse than pulling teeth.

After having a lackluster experience at another dealership, we made our way here last night to look for my first car on my own. Stacey Elliot greeted us, and was very polite and professional throughout the experience! We came back this morning for a trade in and to pick a car, and he was very patient with me through the whole process of looking through the certified pre-owned CX-5s. We purchased the CX-5 Mazda SUV. Earl White made the process so smooth. They worked with our budget and got the payment we wanted.. The finance manager even got the extended warranty in our budget.. I was very impressed with the way everything was handled. Everyone made us feel like we were valued.
Had a wonderful experience with Kelly as our sales person at Hiley! This is not something I say lightly as I have walked out of 3 other dealerships in the past few months due to poor sales people , but Kelly , the store and finance manager made this a wonderful experience!
