My first experience with HILEY GMC was with their service department and it will be my only experience with them. It was a terrible experience. I took my Acadia Denali in for typical oil change and tire rotation and asked them to check a potential noise in the transmission. I also mentioned my entertainment system had quit working for the Apps feature. Dropped it off early on Saturday and got a call a couple of hours later saying it was going to take more time.
