We had 2 consecutive appointments; one on Thursday and one on Friday. We really loved our Dentist and the office staff was great! However our 2nd appointment Friday a.m.) the dental assistant Kathy seemed to be in an unpleasant mood, maybe next time she could offer a smile and an introduction. Her attitude was a little off putting. Other than that, we loved your office. I especially, found Hailey very warm, informative and friendly!
It was a great experience. Thank you. See you in a couple of weeks for my cleaning.

I was given excellent care and service in my time at the office. It was definitely better than I expected. I would highly recommend others to Hilde.
My appointment was pushed back. I received a phone call that asked if I could come in 30 minutes later than originally planed. This was no problem, but when I arrived I had to wait another 15 minutes to be seen. My suggestion is that if you are changing someones appointment to make time, make sure they get seated on time.
My husband and I were looking for a new dentist, we were very pleased with our first appointments, the team not only took very good care of us but gave excellent care to my daughter who was scared of her last dentist! Thank you so much Hilde Family Dentistry!
