I really liked how the dentist explained to me what their concerns were and how things work...my last dentist didn't do that

Everyone I met from reception through the entire visit was terrific. Very pleasant experience.
This was my first visit here and I was so happy. I only waited 15 minutes past my appointment time because it was my fault I was there late when I knew I had paperwork filled out. Great experience from beginning to end. Glad I found a dentistry I want to return to.

All went well until I was presented with my bill. I was shocked that the bill exceeded $250 for cleaning, exam and bite wings. After some discussion, the bill was reduced to $159. Later, I discovered that I could have purchased insurance for 2 cleanings, exam, and bite wings for $159. If I had paid the original amount, I would have felt angry and "ripped-off"! There needs to be more clarity and transparency regarding financial aspects.
I met Dr. Smith. He was very pleasant and professional. Explained a dental issue tbat they have been watching.
Cleaning was subpar. No flossing and polishing was terrible.I was suppose to get a call back to schedule a appointment to get a overlay/cap done and no call back.
