I had a pleasant entrance in to your office. Your receptionist is friendly, professional and very good at her job. I was seen right on time and introduced to Kevin, who would be taking care of me. Kevin was hands down the best hygienist I have ever worked with. He explained everything as he was doing it because he took the time to understand and address my dental fears. I rally thought that Kevin did an awesome job and was a pleasure to meet him and have him as my hygienist that day. In my 52 years going to the dentist he was my first male hygienist to do my cleaning.
The Dental Assistant was outstanding. Of course Dr. Hilde is great as always. Your new CFO is wonderful. I love your receptionist and the people who fill in for her. I come to you for the quality of service and knowledge...let's face it; your music is terrific!
My exrays from the other office were not transferred so we could not go further than the cleaning. The cleaning was great there was a little missed between the lower back side in front could not tell this until I left. Otherwise it was great no sensitivity felt .
I really loved that I got to hold my own suction. That little bit of control really helped. I didn't have any anxiety which I normally get at dental visits. Thank you!
Everyone there was so amazing to me and treated me no different because I had no insurance which happens often. This was the best experience I've had with a dentist office!
