Hi Team, First and foremost we love Hilde Family Dentistry and will be coming back. I just wanted to let you know that our visit yesterday didn't go very well. Our hygienist wasn't the best with Sabrina. Sabrina was terrified and didn't understand what was going on. The person we had yesterday didn't take the time to explain to her (or me) what was happening. She seemed to be in a rush, they didn't even floss. Every time I have come into the office, I am almost always greeted by name but definitely always greeted warmly. I feel very comfortable and everyone has been extremely helpful and pleasant.
Kathy was extremely helpful and friendly and is a real asset to the practice.
