The salesman was polite and nice to work with. Great communication. However, the “appraiser” did not give me what I felt was a fair offer on my trade (I have a family association with a dealership and have access to valuation tools). They also told me the price on the vehicle was the lowest they could offer.... only to turn around and drop the price by $2k the next day. I will not be back.

There was a follow up call from the dealership several days after delivery of the vehicle.

Sales team was nice, The 1st car I considered buying had a smooth ride and I almost bought it, but when I took it to my mechanic to look it over, it was found out the back left brake was frozen, and the inside of that brake pad was gone. Also the air filter area had acorns in it. The hood did not open and shut easily indicating it had been in an unreported accident.
