Great experience. We bought sight unseen as we live out of state. Paul was extremely professional and described the vehicle accurately. Hiland in general and Paul in particular was a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.
Customer Service was less than 0. We live out of town and one of the salesmen lead us on setting up a road trip to test drive a vehicle when it was already sold. We live approx 2 hours from Davenport and it was like being scammed..He texted us asking if we were coming..and there was a red flag, when he started sending me vehicles other than the one I was interested in...I questioned him..and he finally told me that SUV had sold... I am sorry to say but that is why car dealers have such a terrible reputation.
I was contacted by the salesman and he said the truck had a rusted frame and could not be sold. A few days later I received a email from car gurus stating that that vehicle had been sold.
They were great. Paul responded quick and he was friendly. He had what we were looking for and worked hard to get us where we needed to be to purchase. Fantastic experience!!
Very unorganized. Made the two hour drive up but no one had any idea I was coming up. Would not work with me with dropping a whole $200
Was contacted promptly.
