I never got to test drive the car I originally visited for, which was disappointing. Shouldn't list cars for sale that are being used as rentals. It was helpful that most cars had CarFax report online free to view, but several did have open factory recalls from over a year ago. Seriously, any inspected / certified car should have all recalls fixed before customers test drive them for the dealer's insurance purposes at least. I was sent a form email twice stating that I hadn't responded to their attempts to contact me. I had in fact responded. I'm not at all impressed with the robotic computer generated business style.
